pot calls the black kettle…

“So you decide which makes more sense: Entrust our country to someone who is ready on day one … or to put America in the hands of someone with little national or international experience, who started running for president the day he arrived in the U.S. Senate,” Clinton said.

Now I’m sure we’re all waiting for Hillary to tell us about her national and international experience prior to arriving in the US Senate. Doesn’t her ‘experience’ mostly involve running for president?

I never paid much attention to Hillary, but assumed my daughter’s admiration of her being “the brains” behind Bill was earned. When Obama told a talk show host Hillary was highly intelligent I assumed he must know~he works with her. Being a life long peace activist, I was happy that my daughter is not supporting Hillary.

What is sad to me is that whatever she or Bill says is than parroted (from what I read on the web) and no one seems to think to ask her to tell us about her international experience. I also noticed in one debate she spoke saying “I agree with Senator Obama, we do not know what we will find when we go into the White House in 2009”. She also states that she knows what is going on in DC and wants what is best for the country, and chides Obama for giving “false hope” to the people. Actually, she lectured him as if he were a child~patronizing attitude.

Without getting too far in “Audacity of Hope” I immediately saw the impact of his living in Indonesia as a child~being exposed to a different culture would make him better able to understand and deal with our supposed enemies. I am sick of he culture of hate that has sprung up under GWB leadership. The internet makes it possible to communicate with ordinary citizens in countries world wide and the hatred of all things USA is strong. We do not need another hater leading the country.
